Requests for a size exchange must be received within 1 week.
The original order must be returned in a "as new" condition and in accordance with our return policy.
We request that products are LAID FLAT and mailed in an envelope large enough to prevent further folding (see below).
PLEASE DO NOT FOLD THE SUPPORT, AS THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE. FLAT PACK IT, AS IT ARRIVED TO YOU.
If a free gift was included DO NOT return this when requesting a size exchange.
Once received a replacement will be mailed out free of charge.
Further requests for size changes will incur additional charges.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping to ensure your return is eligible for a refund.
Products must be LAID FLAT in an envelope large enough to prevent folding of the sleeve.
Ensure the logo is on the outside and the product is LAID FLAT with the stitched seam running down one side.
Refunds will be less shipping.
Complimentary gifts MUST be returned when requesting a refund - failure to do so may result in a $5.00 restocking fee.
Only returns of faulty products will receive a refund which includes shipping.
ITEMS RETURNED FOR A REFUND WHICH ARE FOLDED, DIRTY AND IN POOR CONDITION WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 RESTOCKING FEE.
